    Terms & Conditions – Zenora Holidays

    Welcome to Zenora Holidays. By accessing and using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.


    1. Booking Confirmation

    A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required 40% advance payment of the total tour cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Failure to comply may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

    2. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

    • Prices are based on current rates of hotels, transportation, fuel, taxes, and entrance fees.

    • Payments must be made within the agreed deadlines to secure services.

    • All payments are final unless stated otherwise in writing by Zenora Holidays.


    3. Flight Tickets

    • All flight tickets are issued in Economy Class only.

    • Once confirmed, flight tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Any modification or cancellation of flights will be governed by airline rules and penalties.


    4. Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be notified in writing via email. The following charges shall apply:

    • More than 45 days before arrival – No charge

    • 45–30 days – 25% of total tour cost

    • 30–15 days – 50% of total tour cost

    • 15–10 days – 75% of total tour cost

    • Less than 10 days – 100% of total tour cost


    5. Refund Policy

    • No refunds will be issued for unused services such as accommodation, meals, transport, sightseeing, or activities.

    • Where applicable, refunds (excluding flight fares) will be processed within 15–45 working days from receipt of the written cancellation request.

    • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used.


    6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

    • It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, permits, and health certificates are valid.

    • Zenora Holidays will not be liable for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.


    7. Changes & Amendments

    • The company reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political issues, natural calamities, or technical reasons.

    • Additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the traveller directly.


    8. Liability Disclaimer

    Zenora Holidays shall not be responsible for:

    • Delays or cancellations due to airlines, transport providers, natural disasters, or government regulations.

    • Loss, injury, accident, illness, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

    • Any indirect or consequential loss caused during travel.

    Travel is undertaken at the customer's own risk.


    9. Behaviour & Conduct

    The company reserves the right to terminate the tour of any traveller whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive, without any refund.


    10. Force Majeure

    Zenora Holidays is not responsible for service delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.


    11. Website Usage

    • The content on this website is for general information only.

    • Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

    • We reserve the right to change website details at any time without notice.


    12. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
